Try the First Workout of our Program
Follow along with this simple circuit workout to get a taste of what is in store for you with the Power Hunter Program training program.
Start off the challenge with a simple circuit learning some of the basic movements we’ll be using throughout the challenge. No rest in between sets as we’ll be going through the 8 exercises in order and then repeating the circuit 3 x’s through.

- Set of light to medium dumbbells
